Get to Know Roscoe Village

A neighborhood in the Lakeview community, Roscoe Village is comfortable and convenient, with proximity to the lakefront and downtown. It's located 15 minutes north of the Loop between Belmont and Addison, and Damen and Western. It has direct access to downtown via the CTA's Brown Line, with a stop at Paulina.

Residents benefit from low-density living and a short walk to the local bakery. It's a quieter neighborhood that is stable and family-oriented, yet trendy enough to attract young professionals.

What to do in Roscoe Village

With eclectic, independent-minded boutiques, antique shops and restaurants, Roscoe Village is centered on a shopping strip reminiscent of a quaint small town. Antique Row on Belmont Avenue is a five-block stretch from Damen to Western and is the largest concentration of antique stores in the Midwest.

A next-door neighbor to West Lakeview, it also provides residents with access to Lakeview's restaurants, entertainment venues and shops. It's also quite close to Wrigley Field.

Roscoe Village's Distinctive Housing

Less crowded than Lincoln Park and Lakeview, Roscoe Village is primarily comprised of post World War II bungalows and two- and three-flats. Many are being converted to single-family homes. It also offers many newer townhome developments and loft conversions.
